HTAOHN Monthly Meetings 2010
HTAOHN is co-sponsoring this educational day seminar on hearing protection devices and hearing conservation programs is to be held March 10, 2010 at the Hilton Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas. 6.5 AAOHN CEUs are applied for for this seminar. The seminar and lunch are free but you must register to attend. Attached is a cover letter from Elliott Berger and a flyer with the course content and registration information.
Two-day free OSHA education program is designed specifically for healthcare professionals.
The program will cover many of the current OSHA standards with specific application to healthcare, including a special focus on Pandemic Influenza Preparedness and Response. January 12th - Dr. Edward Graviss presents Tuberculosis Testing in the Occupational Health Program.
February 9th - Teri Reusch and Rich Reusch with Health Screen Specialist, Inc. present: Carotid Ultrasound Screening in the Workplace. A presentation will tell us how the test is done and all participants will be screened with a non-invasive Carotid Artery scan.
